These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kingpin Tech. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using our platform immediately. Our suite includes HumaraGPT, Ozone3 Writer, KiteScan, BowerBird Builder, and KingDesign Services. These terms govern all services, custom software, and AI automation tools developed by us.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates. To use certain features of our platform, you must create a secure account integrated with our Supabase authentication layer. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at `support@kingpin.co.ke`. Account management is centralized across all services, including HumaraGPT features and Ozone3 features.

1. Acceptable Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with our Responsible Use policy and Responsible AI guidelines.
You may not use HumaraGPT or Ozone3 Writer to generate malicious code, spam, or highly deceptive content designed to mislead others.
Any automated scraping, reverse engineering, or systematic extraction of data from our platform is strictly prohibited unless authorized via our API access portal.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in immediate suspension of your access to the unified dashboard and Documents library.

2. Fees, Billing, and Subscriptions

Certain premium services require a paid subscription. You can review all current subscription options on our All pricing and HumaraGPT pricing pages.
All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Paystack. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the Billing console.
We offer decimal page billing on products like Ozone3 pricing and KiteScan pricing to ensure you only pay for the exact volume processed.
For refunds, cancellations, or custom enterprise billing inquiries, please contact our support team via our Contact Kingpin page.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All core platform technology, logos, designs, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Kingpin Tech and its licensors.
You retain full ownership and copyright of the original content you write, humanize, or generate using Cognito Write or Ozone3 Writer.
By uploading content to our platform, you grant us a limited license to process and format it to deliver our services, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use all content you process through KiteScan and PlagiSure.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our AI services, including HumaraGPT, are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness.
We do not warrant that our AI detector or PlagCheck tools will be 100% accurate in all environments or circumstances.
Kingpin Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

5. Termination and Account Cancellation

You may close your account at any time by visiting the account section in your Settings panel.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms or our Responsible Use policy.
Upon termination, your access to the unified dashboard, Documents, and all active subscriptions will be revoked.
Any outstanding fees processed through Billing will remain due and payable upon termination of services.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.
